JOY ANGEL NURSING TEA TO INCREASE BREAST MILK
Gentle to both moms and babies
Ingredients: Fenugreek Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Anise Seeds, Blessed Thistle, Fenugreek Powder and Fennel Powder. Caffeine Free.
Directions: Joy Angel recommends drinking 3-4 cups a day. Add 1 tablespoon of tea, pour approx. 250ml of freshly boiled water over and steep for 10-15 min. Drink it iced or hot.
Joyous note:
it's very fragrant, tastes like traditional curry made of original herbs, but when you drink it, it tastes almost like plain water.
as it's very concentrated, so you may add another round of water, drink it as if you are drinking plain water. It should however not to be counted as a cup.
NOT for use during pregnancy.
